Introduction of biomass briquetting press machine:

The machine is mainly used to make solid fuel by using wood material,such as wood chips,sadust,rice hulls,peanut shells,wood shavings,bamboo shavings(do not add any bonding agent)under high pressure.

 

Before delivery we also debug machine for our clients:

Advanced biomass briquetting press machine specication:

1.Fastening bolts,especially in the heatig barrel set of three top wire,connecting and electrical power lines.

 

2.Checking bearing lubricaion part;

 

3.Checking supply voltage is normal.

 

4.No-load starting running 30 minutes,no card,touch the abnormal phenomenon,ca be put into normal production.When the trial revealed abnormlities,should immediately stop,find out the reasons,trooubleshooting and then makes no-load operation.

 

 

5.The temperature reulator adjusted to the required temperature,when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature before starting and amount of feed.

 

6.Gradually increased feeding rate,until the production of qualified products,produced when the normal 30 minutes can show trialrun issuccessful,the normal operation.

 

 

7.To make the hopper feeder with now raw material and after shutting down the machine immediately reversed for 1 minutes,so that the propeller matria would be exit.The machine body must be well grounded!!!
