Guoxin Machinery Manufacturing Factory specializes in various drying machine. The rotary dryer used for  drying material with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical,  The mainly drying material are coal slurry , lignite, coal powder, slag, clay stone, chicken manure, sand, sawdust etc.

After humidity materials dewatering general moisture is about 30% - 45%, into half solid form, will start baking.Serial number 15, scattered wet material feeding machine: it is the main function of the wet material block after break up into samll size block, make sure that it can be transported.

Serial number 1, hot blast stove: it is mainly used to provide heat source for the dryer, so that the dryer can achieve the best drying effect. Hot blast stove is mainly composed of brick, refractory clay, door, bar, etc, this is the most economic applicable a provide heat way, in the stove with firewall, so fire cant run into the dryer interior, the fuel in the furnace internal fully combustion to provides a source of heat. the material to combustion can be: coal, wood and other solid fuel.

Number 2,  feeding device: it can make the hot air run into the dryer, the second function is feed Settings, just as its name implies, let the material run into the drying system. In the feeding device inside with brick, such temperature from the hot blast stove into the dryer it is not easy to loss, so that it can achieve better drying effect.

Serial number 3,  cylinder: in the dryer with internal guide plate and lifting material plate, guide plate is the main purpose of the massive material crushing, lifting  material plate is used to lift up material, make the material contact with the heat fully. In the dryer forepart and back end equipped with temperature detector, so you can  check the temperature in the internal of the dryer. If the temperature is too high,you can control the dryer temperature by adjusting the dryer speed, supplier air rate, material flow.

Number 4, 8, roller part: main effect is to support the dryer body, roller part of the bearing plays auxiliary dryer rotation effect, alleviate gear pressure.

Number 5, roll ring: role as above, have the function of auxiliary dryer rotation, alleviate gear, gear ring pressure.

Serial number 6, transmission parts: main function is that  the motor drive the reduction box, gear transmission. Motor, reducer, small gear, the big gear finally reach the speed of the dryer.

Serial number 7, the big gear ring: the drive part provide  the power, drive dryer body rotation, as the main transmission parts, it need high density of casting, density must achieve 7.3 ~ 7.85 above, accord with # 45 carbon steel standard. Tooth bottom width >the width of the tooth. Big gear is heat treatment, high temperature resistance to change ability, there is the spring plate between the big gear and the cylinder. High temperature dryer will appear expansion, Spring plate as a buffer content to enlarge and contract  machine, dryer is not easy deformation, and won't damage on gear.

Number 9, the discharging device: after drying the finished product export, the export needs and dryer body without gap seal, in order to achieve dryer body temperature within the loss effect. The discharging mouth and conveyor connection, the need to pay attention to the problems such as connection aperture reserve.The discharging  for pipe connection mouth, pipe and pipe connection port should be welding seal, in order to avoid cool air into, influence fan effect.

Serial number 10,A new parallel spiral dust collector: it especially designed for the big dust collection . For example, coal slurry, lignite, small particle materials.

Because of coal slime particle degree is  small,so the fan produce  air volume and air pressure easily to suck them out  The design of the new parallel spiral dust collector, the advantage is to reduce the  air pressure (Pa) to let the dust down.

Serial number 11, induced air pipeline: new parallel spiral precipitator, dryer subject, fan, water spray precipitator links made accessories.

Serial number 12, boiler centrifugal induced draft fan: to produce air fan, air pressure, etc. Extraction hot air from the heat blast stove , achieve drying effect.
